Digital Campaign Specialist

Then you might be the Campaign Specialist we’re looking for in our new Costa Rica office!

What will your day look like?

As this is an entry level role, we will provide you with the necessary training and tools to enable you to succeed. Armed with this new knowledge, you will learn how to be responsible for:

• Creating e-mails using standard templates.
• Ensure personalization and subject lines align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Manage and maintain email marketing calendars, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Quality checking your work to ensure error-free campaigns.
• Monitor email deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations to maintain a strong sender reputation.
• Sending out campaigns via email, push notifications and SMS.
• Creating workflows and target group criteria in our marketing platforms.
• Liaising with specialty teams and Solution Experts as required to ensure optimized emails are sent to clients.

What will you bring to the table?

You are proactive and pay great attention to detail. With your logic and structured mindset, you find it easy to learn new programs and work well in a team.

In addition, we expect that you have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Communications or similar discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Interest in gaining technical understanding and the ability to learn fast.
• Ability to work with both routine and complex tasks.
• Detail oriented.
• Team oriented.

An asset for this role are certifications in either: Salesforce Marketing Cloud OR Adobe Campaign Classic.
